Please provide more than 48 hours notice for schedule changes. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours notice will be charged 50% of the cost of the service. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with fewer than 24 hours notice and no-shows may be charged 100% of the cost of the service. Thank you for understanding this is a small business, and late cancellations can result in lost income. I understand emergencies can happen, so please communicate with me.

*Please do not come to your appointment if you are experiencing any contagious or infectious respiratory, gastrointestinal, or skin symptoms of any kind. If you show up with signs of illness, your session will be canceled and you will be charged full price for the facial (I've never had this happen, but mentioning to be clear).

Please give me a call or text at 954.778.7772 ASAP if you are running late. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled. As a courtesy to my other guests, I am unable to extend service times or issue refunds for late arrivals. While I make every effort to accommodate late arrivals, if you are more than 15 minutes late, your service may have to be rescheduled.

Out of respect for my business and time, if you are repeatedly late, you will no longer be offered services at Glo Ritual Beauty. Thank you for understanding this is a small business.
